Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75.00

All orders over $75.00 total will ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS First Class Mail. Orders with free shipping are shipped in the most economical way from the closest warehouse possible. We reserve the right to substitute carriers with other carriers like-kind shipping methods (ie. FedEx 2-Day Air chosen at checkout may be substituted with UPS Second Day Air). Most orders arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Some orders may take up to 10 business days depending on shipping location.

Qualifying order total is based on the product or merchandise subtotal. Taxes and non-standard shipping charges are not included as a qualifying cost.

Apparel orders will ship separate from parts and other accessories. Parts, apparel, and accessories may arrive in multiple boxes and shipments. Orders with multiple pieces are not guaranteed to ship together.

Some merchandise is oversized and will have to ship via Truck or Oversized Freight. Those items should be noted on the individual item merchandise page. Those items market oversized do not qualify for free shipping. In the rare event that an oversized item was not marked as oversized, due to a manufacturer provided discrepancy, your order may be canceled, or you may be contacted about additional shipping charges.

Order Shipping Times

Orders ship out every business day Monday through Friday, except holidays. Some orders may also ship on Saturday or Sunday, but it is not guaranteed. Most in-stock items ordered before 2:00 pm CST are normally shipped out the same day. Out of stock orders are shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

Tracking Number

Tracking numbers will be updated in your account or via email as soon as they become available. Typically, you will receive a tracking number within 1 business day of your purchase. You can check the order status anytime through the order status section of the website.

Shipping Policy Fine Details

IMPORTANT - Once a tracking number has been issued, the shipment cannot be canceled. Should you wish to return your merchandise, you must follow the returns instructions on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Orders are complete once the shipping company states the package has been delivered.

If a package is damaged or lost, you are responsible for contacting Apollo Optics within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a lost or damage claim.
